Review / Reputation Engine
Fixes: great work, few reviews, nobody asks. Automated review requests lift Google rating and count → local SEO/GEO → more inbound. A compounding quality + effectiveness fix.
Stack
- All-in-one: GoHighLevel (review-request workflow + inbox for responses) or a dedicated tool (Podium, NiceJob, Birdeye).
- Composable: job-completion trigger (CRM/scheduler) → n8n/Zapier → SMS/email request with the direct Google review link.
- Response side: Claude drafts owner responses to reviews (esp. negative ones), owner approves.
field-tested build
- Audit — current review count/recency across Google/Facebook/industry sites; is anyone asking today; is the owner responding.
- Optimize — define the trigger moment (1 hour after job marked complete is the sweet spot) and the ask (short, one tap to the review link). Decide the routing for unhappy responses (intercept to the owner privately before it becomes a public 1-star).
- Automate — job complete → delayed SMS/email request with review link → track. Optional: negative-sentiment reply routes to owner first.
- Verify — test the trigger fires at the right time, the link lands on the review form, and the unhappy-path interception works.
Time to ship
Moderate — ~1 session (a few days if wiring into an existing CRM’s completion events).
Compliance
A2P 10DLC + consent for SMS. Never gate/filter reviews deceptively (asking only happy customers to post publicly violates Google/FTC policy) — the private-first path is for service recovery, not review suppression.
