  2. Optimize — define availability rules, buffer times, and the notification path before automating. Decide what the customer self-serves vs. what still needs a human.
  3. Automate — publish a booking link with the real availability rules; new/changed bookings auto-notify the assigned person by SMS; optional AI daily-schedule draft.
  4. Verify — test a booking, a reschedule, and a cancellation end to end; confirm the right person gets notified each time.
