Referral & warm-intro scripts

Referrals are the highest-trust, lowest-CAC channel and the backbone of months 1–6. Every delivered engagement should generate the next one. The Notion hub’s quantified results are your referral ammunition.


The referral ask (end of a successful Audit or Concierge call)

[First Name], quick ask while we’re both feeling good about [SPECIFIC RESULT — e.g. “getting that 6 hours a week back”]. Who’s the first other [CATEGORY] owner you thought of who’s drowning in the same stuff you were? I’ll take great care of them, and I’ll make you look good for the intro.

If they name someone:

Perfect. Easiest thing — would you mind a two-line intro over [text/email]? I’ll write the draft so it’s zero work for you.

The intro you write for them (send this so they just forward it)

Hey [Referral Name] — want to connect you with [Your Name] at J&M AI Services. He just [SPECIFIC RESULT] for us in about a week and I immediately thought of you and [THEIR PAIN]. Worth 30 minutes. I’ll let you two take it from here.

Warm-lead first message (a referral who’s expecting you)

Hi [Referral Name] — [Referrer] connected us. They mentioned you’re dealing with [PAIN]. I just helped them [RESULT], and the same one-week audit would map exactly where that’s costing you at [Company]. Want to grab 30 minutes? I’ve got [DAY/TIME] or [DAY/TIME].

Partner / channel intro (bookkeepers, web designers, MSPs, consultants who serve your ICP)

[First Name] — you serve [CATEGORY] owners and so do I, but we don’t overlap: you do [THEIR THING], I do AI workflow audits and done-with-you buildouts.
